| The Web Services Interoperability Demonstration
is a showcase of multi-vendor web services interoperability. A business scenario is implemented involving 4 roles - customers, suppliers, warehouses, and banks. XMethods authored a specification describing the business rules and the associated WSDL standard interface description files. Each participating vendor is free to implement the defined roles in whatever way they see fit - the only requirement is that their implementations must conform to the specifications and WSDL descriptions (thus ensuring interoperability). |

The demonstration of the interoperability has been demonstrated regularly at the XML Web Services One conference , produced by 101 Communications.
