Detailed Description

Searches SEC's EDGAR database.

The service searches US SEC (Securities & Exchange 
Commission) EDGAR database, which contains filings from
public traded companies.

Usage Notes

The service requires the following parameters:

SRLFile: The name of the Service Request Language File, 
use EDGAR.SRI for EDGAR search. 

RequestName: This should always be EDGAR. 

key: The company name or key words to be searched.
